Stress is a fact of everyday life, a normal psychological and physical reaction to the ever increasing demands of life.

You may not realize that stress management in your life is important, but if you suffer from lots of stress, then it is more important than ever that you work toward managing it so that you can feel good overall and prevent potentially harmful side effects.

In this session, we'll look at what stress is, what increases your risk of experiencing it, and how you can manage it, so that it doesn't affect your well-being and productivity
