A tailored workshop that provides the opportunity for team members to develop a greater understanding and appreciation of themselves and each other.



Personality theory recognizes that humans have different preferences and approaches for interacting and working with people. Differences that should be seen as interesting and valuable rather than problematic.



The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a tool that highlights these differences and patterns in work relationships. Just as important, it shows you how different perspectives and methods can foster a healthy, productive work environment.



Using the tool as a framework the workshop will provide participants with a greater knowledge of personality types, specifically the personality types of the people they work with on a day-to-day basis. Team members will be able to appreciate the unique gifts and talents different people bring to the team.
