This 2-day workshop is aimed to provide an in depth understanding of the Situational Leadership framework where the participants can apply and make use in a practical manner at work.

The workshop will ground the basic understanding of management, leadership and communication as building blocks leading the application of the Situational Leadership. Using real work scenarios this workshop covers the skills required to engage self and others into creating results and sustaining them.
